1.1. New Machinery: Refunds are applicable for purchases of new machinery if the request is made within 3 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible, the machinery must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

1.2. Used Machinery: Refunds for used machinery are subject to inspection and approval. The request must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase.

2. Refund Process

2.1. Submit Refund Request: To initiate a refund, contact our customer support team at tech@zenmach with your order number and a detailed reason for the refund request.

2.2. Return Authorization: If eligible, we will provide a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

2.3. Inspection: For used machinery, the item will undergo a detailed inspection to determine its condition and eligibility for a refund.

2.4. Refund Approval: Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process the refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Membership Fee

3.1. Membership Fee for Listing New Machinery: The membership fee collected for listing new machinery is non-refundable. Once paid, it covers the cost of services related to the listing and promotion of new machinery on our platform.

4. Non-Refundable Items

4.1. Certain items are non-refundable, including downloadable software, digital products, and any machinery that has been used, damaged, or altered from its original condition.

5. Shipping Costs

5.1. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

6.1. If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable timeframe, first check your bank account. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at tech@zenmach.
